There are several convenience facilities within a 1-minute walk, such as a self-service laundry, convenience store, cafe, and reading room. We can store your bulky luggage (e.g., a travel carrier). Items included in the maintenance fee will not be charged separately. 30,000 won for cleaning when checking out. The utility bills including maintenance fee is 10,000 won per week.
