The standard occupancy is 4 people. For additional guests, there is an extra charge of 20,000 KRW per person per week. Basic appliances and furniture are provided, so you can bring only light luggage. Please discuss in advance for large luggage storage. The house is listed for sale, so please understand that we may need to show the house by prior appointment.

From May to August, electricity is calculated separately based on the meter reading due to air conditioner usage. From November to March, city gas is calculated separately based on the meter reading. In case of loss, damage, or smoking, additional management fees may be requested. If pets are allowed, a separate cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged regardless of the period, and any damaged areas must be restored to their original condition upon departure.
