This is a fully furnished two-room apartment that was recently remodeled. Although it is a semi-basement, it is a bright, pleasant, and quiet room in a residential area. It is fully furnished with a bed, air conditioner, desk, washer/dryer combo, TV (Samsung 32-inch), and Wi-Fi. Basic cooking utensils, dishes, pots, and a coffee pot are also provided. There is one queen-size bed in the large room. The standard occupancy is two people, and consultation is required for groups of more than two.
It is an 11-minute walk to Guui Station (Naver Map) and a 30-minute subway ride to Gangnam Station (Naver Map). In addition, there is a bus route to the north end of Jamsil Bridge within a 5-minute walk. Parking is not available, but the Jayang 5-gu temporary public parking lot or the Dong Seoul Terminal paid street parking lot are available within a 5-minute walk.
Move-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. This room is for 2 people. If there are additional people, please be sure to mention it when applying for the rental. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors due to noise and pollution issues (a special cleaning fee of 300,000 won will be charged for violations). Recycling and food waste are in the yard on the 1st floor. Check-in: 3 PM Check-out: 11 AM (flexible depending on the situation)
Due to the nature of the residential area in Jayang-dong, it is a very safe area. Please refer to the shared photos of the facility's condition upon moving in after the contract. Please note that if there is damage or serious contamination to facilities such as TVs or beds upon moving out, you may be charged. When requesting a rental, please clearly state the number of people, as this will be referenced when the contract is approved. If the number of people stated does not match, an additional fee will be charged. CU convenience store is a 3-minute walk, and Daiso Guui Station branch is a 10-minute walk. This is a short-term rental, so moving-in registration is not possible. As this is a short-term rental business, not an accommodation business like Airbnb, it is difficult to provide excessive disposable items.
10/31-11/11 Limited time 50% discount. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive gas, electricity, etc., you may be charged an additional fee upon check-out.
