1) It is furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed. 2) It is a relatively spacious studio unit featuring a kitchenette, dining table, vanity, and bathroom. 3) Amenities include an outdoor barbecue area, a large garden filled with palm trees, and ample parking space. 4) Rooms are randomly assigned across the first and second floors of the four studio units.
1) 17km (25-minute drive) from Jeju Airport. 2) Approx. 200m (3-minute walk) from the Aewol coast. 3) 10-minute drive to Nonghyup Hanaro Mart. 4) Jeju Olle Trail Route 16. 5) Volcanic cones (oreum) and coastal walking paths in western Jeju. 6) Numerous restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within a 5-minute walk.
1) You will receive a notification text message once the contract is confirmed. 2) Room assignments are made randomly. 3) Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 4) While this is a housing rental, bedding and tableware are available for free loan upon request. 5) Personal hygiene items and consumables (such as towels, toilet paper, and toothpaste) are not provided. 6) Room services such as cleaning or laundry are not provided during your stay. 7) Due to the surrounding natural environment, insects may occasionally enter from outside; please take care to manage doors and windows properly. Contract termination or refunds due to this issue are not permitted. 8) A fee of 150,000 KRW for professional pest control/sanitization will be charged upon move-in if a pet accompanies you.
1) Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the management fee. 2) A disinfection fee of 150,000 KRW is charged upon check-in if a pet (under 5kg) accompanies the guest. 3) The base occupancy is two people; an additional 5,000 KRW per night (covering rent and management fees) applies for each additional person. The maximum total occupancy is three people.

The room was a mess when I moved in, with a strong moldy smell, centipedes, and mosquitoes. I don't understand why they charge a cleaning fee. I strongly advise against it. The owner was unfriendly, but the person in charge of management was kind.
