- This is a newly built property, available for its first occupancy. - There are 2 rooms on the 1st floor + a living room/kitchen + 1 room on the 2nd floor (duplex) (currently decorated as a tea room), so it can accommodate a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 people. - The toilet, bidet, and shower are all new. - Cooking is possible, and all cooking utensils are provided. - An induction cooktop, refrigerator, dryer, washing machine, styler, microwave, coffee machine, coffee pot, and AI speaker are all available. - Air conditioner, fan, and heater
* Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 10 AM 2-minute walk from Sangwangsimni Station (Line 2), Exit 6 If you come by bus, get off at Hanayubora Bus Stop or New Town Apartment Bus Stop and walk for 1 minute. If you come by car, you need to discuss parking in advance. The parking location may vary depending on the type of car.
- Check-in is contactless via door lock. However, I live nearby, so I can help if needed! - Please refrain from singing or making loud noises between 9 PM and 7 AM for the sake of our neighbors! - Upon check-out, please tidy up and clean the space as it was when you checked in. We will deduct the cleaning fee if the space is left in the same condition as when you arrived! - Please sort recyclables on the 1st floor, available 24 hours. - We can introduce you to a bedding rental company. - A rental agreement will be signed before check-in.
If you need a Btv set-top box, I can rent it to you. This is a really clean house. I've decorated it with care and use it as an office, so I'm looking for someone who will keep it clean and beautiful, just like me! :) There's a convenience store, Starbucks, Olive Young, Mom's Touch, pizza places, and chicken brands nearby—everything you need. Dongdaemun, Myeongdong, and Namdaemun are all just 10-15 minutes away. It's a really convenient place to live, but if you need anything, just ask, and I'll be happy to help! *Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 10 AM.
-Cooling (electricity) and heating (gas) costs will be settled and charged upon check-out. -The management fee is the basic monthly management fee of the building divided by the number of weeks. Water charges are included. -If you book for more than 1 month, we will provide internet eggs! -If you clean up and complete the separate collection before you leave, we will reduce the cleaning fee!
