Convenient amenities—such as a convenience store, laundromat, and café—are all within a 3-minute walk, ensuring a highly convenient lifestyle. Essentials such as toothbrushes, cooking utensils, and towels are always provided.
It is ideally located for transportation, within a 3-minute walk of Mongchontoseong Station (Line 8), a 4-minute walk of Hansong Baekje Station (Line 9), and a 12-minute walk of Jamsil Station (Line 2), as well as within a 3-minute walk of a bus stop.
The check-in process is contactless; once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide detailed instructions regarding check-in.
#House Rules 1. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. (A fine of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking.) 3. Please refrain from excessive noise, shouting, or loud partying, as these may lead to complaints. 4. Pets are not allowed. 5. To maintain cleanliness, please refrain from cooking foods with strong odors, such as meat or fish. 6. Reservations for parties are not accepted. (Immediate eviction without a refund may occur if noise complaints arise.) 7. Please separate and dispose of food waste and recyclables before checking out. (Recyclables can be disposed of at Basement Level 1; general waste and food waste on the Ground Floor.) 8. Please wash the dishes, tidy up the bedding, and turn off the air conditioner, heating system, and lights before leaving. 9. Please note that guests are held liable for any damage or lost items discovered during the check-out inspection. (Compensation will be claimed.) 10. Entry is restricted to the number of guests included in the reservation.
Excessive use of included items may result in a request for additional management fees.
