It is a 1-minute walk from Myeonghak Station. - There is a bus stop nearby. - On-site parking is not available, but you can use the nearby Manan-gu Office parking lot for free. It is free on weekdays from 7 PM to 8 AM the next day, and is open to the public for free on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays) and public holidays. Rooms are located on floors 1–4; bed sizes assigned are either Double (D) or Super Single (SS). The specific room type is determined by the schedule. (We strive to assign SS beds for single rooms and Double beds for double rooms whenever possible.) Private Room: Bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, refrigerator, and window blinds provided. Private Bathroom: Sink, toilet, and bathtub. Additional Fees: Additional person (50,000 KRW per week) Bedding rental (One-time fee of 50,000 KRW; free if participating in the review event) Guests who rent bedding are also provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and a hair dryer. I was unable to use the service due to my circumstances, but they were very kind and responsive.
The accommodation was very clean overall, so I felt good as soon as I entered. I was a little worried about the lack of an elevator since I had a lot of luggage, but they assigned me a room on the first floor after I told them in advance, so I was able to use it comfortably. I told them that I get cold easily, so they brought a heater and left it at the door, and their thoughtfulness in checking again later to see if I was cold was impressive. Also, the shared kitchen had ramen, cereal, and even rice, so it was nice to be able to have a simple meal. Most of all, it was close to the station, so it was easy to get around, and the surroundings were quiet, so I could stay comfortably without noise. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay because I felt like they were very attentive.
