This is a studio apartment with a great view at Wangsimni Station Estabil Officetel, located in the prime area of Wangsimni Station. We have added furniture for up to two people. Please make yourself comfortable. Queen-size bed (for 2 people) Sofa for 2 people, table, wardrobe, Kitchenware, appliances (TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, etc.) This is a fully furnished studio apartment. This room gets good sunlight, and with blackout curtains, you can rest comfortably even during the day.
Wangsimni Station is served by Lines 2, 5, Bundang, and Gyeongui. It is a transportation hub that allows you to quickly reach major locations such as Gangnam and City Hall.
The basement between exits 10 and 11 of Wangsimni Station is directly connected to the basement of the officetel building. There is a fitness center in the basement of the building. The first four floors are commercial, with amenities such as hospitals and banks. Check-in is contactless. Check-in time: 3 PM Check-out time: 11 AM (Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted depending on the reservation status, so please inquire.)

All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
