There are plenty of convenient facilities such as supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, so you won't have any inconvenience during your stay. It is equipped with a queen bed, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, and vacuum cleaner. For long-term contracts of 1 month or more, parking, a residents-only gym, sauna, and golf are available for free.

- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in time is 15:00 / Check-out time is 12:00. - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. Violations will incur additional disinfection and cleaning fees. - Please dispose of trash inside the unit before check-out. - As this is a short-term rental, toiletries, towels, etc. are not provided.

All utility bills are included in the management fee, so no separate management fee will be charged. However, if the heating, cooling, water, and electricity bills exceed the amount set in the contract upon check-out, an additional management fee will be requested.
We had a very pleasant stay at this unit and felt comfortable throughout the three weeks. It was clean and quiet at night, and the location is very convenient. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Seoul. The owner was very helpful whenever we needed assistance—we really appreciated it!
The house is clean, there is plenty of storage space, and the overall environment is excellent. The water pressure is good, the space feels cozy, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Transportation and the location are also good. I think it offers the best value for money. Thank you
