It is located a 13-minute drive from Iksan Station. Its central location offers convenient transportation. The complex features a supermarket, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, and a laundromat right in front.

Check-in is contactless. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions two days prior to your arrival. - Check-in: 4:00 PM! Check-out: 11:00 AM! - Indoor smoking (including bathrooms and balconies) and pets are strictly prohibited. Minors unaccompanied by a guardian are not permitted to stay. - Additional repair costs will be charged for any damage to the interior, furniture, or fixtures (please be careful with the TV screen). ● Resident registration is not permitted ●
- Business travelers can enjoy private use of all three bedrooms! - Fully equipped for a comfortable short-term stay, such as during home renovations (custom-fitted mats installed in the living room for families with babies). - As this is not a commercial lodging business, providing toiletries, towels, or bedding could result in a fine; please bring your own. - Bedding arrangements can be discussed with the host upon request. - Centrally located for convenient travel to Iksan, Jeonju, and Gunsan (Jeollabuk-do)! - Excellent local amenities and commercial facilities right around the apartment complex.
*If electricity and gas usage exceeds the standard allowance (covered by the 90,000 KRW weekly management fee), additional charges based on actual usage will be requested.* All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, excessive use of these utilities may result in additional charges!!! (Management fees are negotiable for long-term bookings!)
