This is a quiet house adjacent to the city center. It is a fully equipped room with a king bed, TV (Netflix), washing machine, dryer, and microwave. (Parking for 2 cars available)
It's a 5-minute drive to Jiseok Station, a 7-minute drive to Giheung Station, and a route bus comes to the back gate of Kangnam University.
Move-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information on usage and move-in. (No move-in registration, no smoking indoors)
Located near the back gate of Kangnam University (5-minute walk), it is also close to a supermarket and GS convenience store (5-minute walk). Dongbaek E-Mart, Yongin Severance Hospital, Giheung Station, AK Department Store (7-minute drive), Korean Folk Village (13-minute drive), and Yongin Everland (20-minute drive) are all within driving distance.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
There is plenty of parking space, so having a car wasn't an issue at all. The air is fresh, and it’s a wonderful place to relax while listening to the sound of birds. My children really loved our stay here. Thanks to the kind neighbors, we had a comfortable time and made many wonderful memories. ^^
