This is a 18-pyeong (approx. 59.5 sq m) two-room apartment in the Yangpyeong Station area, about a 10-minute walk away, located behind Yangpyeong Middle School. It is a recently built building, and the master bedroom is about twice the size of a typical room, while the smaller room is also spacious. This building is a non-smoking area. As the surroundings of the accommodation are forested and mountainous, we ask for your cooperation in fire prevention. In the event of a fire, if the alarm sounds, please evacuate immediately, call 119, and use the fire extinguishers located in each unit and in the hallway.

Yangpyeong Station (Gyeongui Jungang Line, with regular and express trains, as well as Mugunghwa and KTX trains) is about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Nonghyup Bank Restaurant is about a 5-minute walk away. Yangpyeong Hospital (emergency room), a pharmacy, and a bus terminal are within a 5-minute drive. Next to them are Hanaro Mart and Lotte Mart. There is also the National Traffic Hospital operated by Seoul National University Hospital. You can access the 2nd Outer Ring Expressway and the Jungbu Naeryuk Expressway from Gangsang IC.
The floor emits far-infrared rays, the oxygen wallpaper emits negative ions, and the Yeonglim 4-pane windows and doors, along with the Hanssem kitchen, feature a 3-color, 3-level lighting system. You can adjust the lighting from bright to medium or a very dim night light using the remote control, even while lying down. Please be considerate of your neighbors' sleep by keeping quiet from 10 PM to 7 AM.
The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen for daily living, including a gas stove, rice cooker, microwave, coffee pot, various tableware, a dining table, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The road in front of the accommodation is a hiking trail. If you walk for about 10 minutes towards the subway station, you will find the Yangpyeong Traditional Market, which holds a five-day market on the 3rd and 8th of every month. Nearby, there are a performance hall, an indoor swimming pool, a county art museum, a public health center, the Yangpyeong Cultural Center which offers free nostalgic movies and various cultural programs, a flower arboretum, a water ski resort, and a county gymnasium. *In case of fire or a medical emergency, please call 119 and also inform the host, the building owner. In case of a medical emergency, the 119 center will, depending on the patient's condition, transfer them to the Yangpyeong Hospital emergency room or, within 5 minutes, to a waiting Yangpyeong emergency helicopter for transport and treatment at regional severe trauma centers such as Wonju Severance Hospital.
Electricity and gas will be metered and settled according to the amount used upon check-out. A cleaning fee of 150,000 won is charged, but it has been set at 50,000 won based on the expectation that you will use the space cleanly. If the space is used in a messy manner, additional charges may be incurred.
