๐ก We've decorated this space with the hope that you'll feel comfortable and relaxed, even if it's just a temporary stop. ๐ค๐ป We've designed the space to be as neat and pleasant as possible by providing plenty of storage. We've provided a large clothes rack (with 50 hangers) and plenty of storage cabinets. ๐บ We've equipped the space with a 40-inch TV for watching OTT services and a beam projector. We also have a spacious 4-person table that doubles as a dining table. ๐๏ธ A queen-size bed is provided for comfortable sleep for one or two people. ๐ The 2-person sofa can also be used as a bed, making it a comfortable space for up to three people. (For 4 guests, an additional air mattress is provided.) ๐ซง A drum washing machine and drying rack are provided so you can do laundry as comfortably as you would at home. We've also provided a high-performance vacuum cleaner, a wet mop, a circulator fan, a hairdryer, and a microwave. โ Due to the nature of short-term rentals, we are unable to provide amenities such as towels and bathroom supplies. Please bring any items you may need.
This amount includes electricity, gas, water, internet, and OTT usage fees. Please note that if the electricity, gas, or water costs exceed the monthly average, an additional payment may be requested.
The location is good.
I had a good time while I was there.
Pros: Affordable. Good access to subway lines 2, 8, and 9. Cons: There was some dust when I first entered. Small flies appeared.
