It is a 3-minute walk from the Hynix commuter bus stop.
If you inquire about moving in, a manager who is on-site 24 hours a day will assist you with the move-in process and provide various information to help you settle in.
Once the contract is confirmed, our manager will send you a text message or call you to help you check in accurately and safely at your scheduled date and time. If you wish to see the room in person, you can visit after making an appointment. Customer service hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM. (Customer service may not be available outside of these hours.) Additionally, this studio apartment is for the exclusive use of the contract holder, and transfers or assignments are not permitted.
All management fees are included in the rent. (However, a separate fee may be charged for heating requests tailored to personal preferences.)
I thought the fridge was clean, but starting the very next day, some kind of red liquid started leaking out (I hadn't put anything in it other than water). There’s an emergency light inside the room, and there’s a loud rushing water sound at night. There’s a musty smell right from the entryway—it gets worse as the weather heats up, and no amount of cleaning gets rid of it. The kitchen appliances look like they haven't been maintained in ages, and there are no window screens! You definitely shouldn't go there in the summer. I gave it an extra star only because there aren't many people around, so there are no conflicts over noise.
It has good access to the Hynix shuttle bus and the city center.
