- Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are not allowed. (If caught, you will be evicted and charged for repair and cleaning fees) - We will inform you of the room number after the contract is confirmed.
It is quiet and close to the station, so it is convenient to have amenities (E-Mart Traders, etc.) and restaurants nearby. ~~ Hwaseong Haenggung, Everland, Caribbean Bay, Folk Village, etc. are 20-30 minutes away by car. ~~ It is often used for business trips (especially for Samsung customers), and couples or families also use it when traveling to Suwon. ~~ Cleanliness is a given, and you can stay quietly and comfortably. ~~ Basic cooking utensils are prepared and available for use.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. (If the total amount for electricity and gas exceeds 100,000 KRW per week, a charge will be applied. The average usage is less than 50,000 KRW per week.)
It's a good house for living alone if you don't cook. (The sink is placed on top of the counter, so the height is not right, and the sink drain gets clogged too easily even if you filter the food with a strainer.)
