As the owner will be away for an extended period, one of the three rooms is being used to store personal furniture and belongings, so only two rooms are available for use. Each room is equipped with a Super Single (SS) bed. The beds feature a 12cm mattress topped with a mattress topper. There is a floor-standing air conditioner in the living room and a wall-mounted unit in one of the bedrooms. Small, large, and kimchi refrigerators are available for your use.
- A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. - Hiking trails on Mt. Umyeon and walking paths along Yangjaecheon Stream are within walking distance. - Seoul Grand Park and the horse racing park are nearby. - Costco, E-Mart, and Hanaro Mart are located within 2–3 km. - It takes 10 minutes by bus to reach Yangjae Station (Lines 3 & Shinbundang) or Seonbawi Station (Line 4). - Major hospitals (Samsung Medical Center, Gangnam St. Mary's, Gangnam Severance), department stores, movie theaters, and the Daechi-dong academy district are 30–40 minutes away by public transport.
- Check-in and check-out are conducted contact-free. - In-person room viewings are available prior to contract approval (by prior arrangement). - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send a message with move-in and usage instructions on the morning of your move-in day. - The following are strictly prohibited: indoor smoking, pets, resident registration (moving-in report), playing musical instruments, parties, use of chairs with wheels, and interior modifications (such as driving nails into walls or attaching hooks/hangers). - Bedding (mattress pads, blankets, pillows, etc.) and toiletries are not provided. * Check-in: After 3:00 PM * Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- 24-hour security personnel are on duty at the apartment complex. - There is a coin-operated laundromat nearby (approx. 600m away). - Guests must bring their own personal items (towels, toiletries, etc.) and bedding (floor mats, blankets, etc.). - Wi-Fi is available, but the TV only receives broadcast channels. - If you have any other questions, please contact me via 'Chat with Host'.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Parking is available for an additional 10,000 won per day.
