Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM; the process is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you check-in and usage instructions via text message. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. The short-term tenant is responsible for any fire damage or property breakage. Please exercise caution. You must bring your own towels and toiletries.

All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. However, if there is excessive usage of these utilities, an additional maintenance fee may be charged. If monthly charges for gas or electricity exceed 30,000 KRW each, the excess amount will be billed separately based on meter readings. Please keep this in mind, and be sure to set the boiler to "Away" mode when you leave the premises.
