We are GD (GreenDream) HOUSE, specializing in short-term rentals. - The unit has recently been remodeled. - It is a fully furnished room equipped with a bed and a TV (supporting YouTube and Netflix). - Located just a 5-minute walk from St. Mary's Hospital, it offers a comfortable place to rest for those visiting for hospital internships or business trips. - The kitchen is separated from the living area, ensuring a pleasant environment. - Mattress pads and pillow covers are washed and sanitized before your arrival.

- The unit is provided in a thoroughly cleaned condition. - Deductions will be made from the security deposit for cleaning costs or any damage/loss to the interior. - Please contact us regarding additional guests. - Ideal for caregivers, medical trainees, business travelers, and students attending seasonal courses. A portion of the proceeds is used for social contributions to create social value. (1% of the proceeds will be donated to the ChildFund Korea.)
There is no separate charge for maintenance fees; however, additional fees may be requested if usage of the included utilities is excessive (more than 30% above the apartment complex average). Please conserve energy.
