- Amenities include air conditioning, an air circulator (summer only), a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, parking lot CCTV, Wi-Fi, and a TV equipped for YouTube and Netflix. - Please bring your own personal hygiene products and other necessities. (e.g., towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, trash bags, and personal items) - The small room is currently used to store seasonal items. The large room and the rest of the unit are available for short-term rental. - This is a short-term rental of a residential unit, not a commercial lodging facility. Apartment complex management regulations apply.
- The Eunhaeng Intersection academy district and various restaurants are within a 1- to 5-minute walk. - Sanggye, Junggye, Nowon, and Hagye stations are nearby.
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM (once cleaning is complete), and check-out is by 11:00 AM. - Check-in is contactless; the entrance passcode will be provided upon arrival. - Pets, smoking, and cooking dishes that cause heavy oil splattering (such as pork belly) are strictly prohibited. The security deposit will not be refunded if these rules are violated. - Please return all items to their original places and wash any used dishes before checking out. - Please dispose of your trash at the designated area on the first floor upon check-out.
1. The recommended occupancy is up to two people. Tableware is set for two. Please notify us if the number of occupants exceeds the recommendation. 2. The door lock passcode will be provided on the day of check-in. Do not reset the door lock from inside, as this will prevent the door from locking. (Please use the passcode provided to you.) 3. Cooking is permitted only using the area next to the sink and the provided cooking utensils. Deep-frying (e.g., using a frying pan) is prohibited. (Splattered oil and residue on the ventilation fan are difficult to clean immediately. Lingering odors or uncleaned oil splatters may prevent the next guest from using the unit properly; the security deposit will not be refunded in such cases.) 4. Please do not damage the facilities or scribble on the wallpaper. (While damage may be unintentional, parents are asked to supervise young children.) 5. Please observe public order and rules to avoid issues arising from non-compliance with housing regulations. Thank you.
As a general rule, we do not bill separately for utilities; however, if usage is excessive compared to that of other residents and results in maintenance costs that exceed reasonable limits, we may request an additional fee.
