(Towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, garbage bags, and personal preferences) -The small room is used for storing seasonal items. The large room and the rest of the unit are available for short-term rental. -This is a short-term rental of a residential apartment, not a lodging establishment. It follows the apartment's common management regulations.
-The academy district and restaurants in Eunhaeng Sageori are within a 1-5 minute walk. -Sanggye Station, Junggye Station, Nowon Station, and Hagye Station are nearby.
- Check-in is after 3 PM, after cleaning is completed, and check-out is at 11 AM. - Entry is contactless by default. You will be given the front door password upon check-in. - Pets are not allowed, and smoking and cooking oily foods such as samgyeopsal are prohibited. If this occurs, the deposit will not be refunded. - Upon check-out, please return used items to their original places and wash any used dishes. - Please dispose of trash in the trash area on the 1st floor upon check-out.
1. The recommended number of occupants is 2 people or less. Tableware is set for 2 people. Please inform us if you plan to use the accommodation with more than the recommended number of occupants. 2. The door lock password will be provided on the day of check-in. If the door lock is reset from inside, the door will not lock. (Please use the password provided.) 3. Cooking is allowed near the sink and with the provided cooking utensils. Deep-frying with a frying pan is not permitted. (Splattered oil and cleaning the ventilation fan cannot be resolved immediately. The next occupant may be unable to use the accommodation on time due to oil smell and unremoved splattered oil, and in such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.) 4. Please do not damage the facilities or draw on the wallpaper. (Although unintentional, parents' supervision is required for young children.) 5. Please observe public order to avoid problems caused by not adhering to the public housing usage regulations. Thank you.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If the management fee is exceeded due to excessive use of the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
