- For single occupancy only. - As this is a residential building, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - Fully furnished and equipped with brand-new items, including a bed, smart TV, refrigerator, kitchen appliances, furniture, electronics, tableware, cutlery, knives, a cutting board, and pots. - The bed features a memory foam mattress (Single size). - Resident registration (moving-in report) is not available. - Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. - We provide a clean space, thoroughly sanitized and professionally cleaned.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The neighborhood was nice, the elevator access to the 9th floor was very convenient, and the owner was very responsive throughout my stay. The room and bed sheets were clean, and basic amenities like toilet paper were provided. Just keep in mind that you need to bring your own towel. I felt the place offered good value for money. The owner had informed me in advance that the air conditioning wasn't working. Fortunately, since it was September, it wasn't too hot. There were a few small things that could be improved—such as the clogged sink, the slightly loose toilet seat, and the cleanliness of the bathroom—but these were minor issues. I would recommend this place!
