● Move-in and usage instructions will be sent as soon as the booking is confirmed. ● The access code will be provided 30 minutes before your scheduled check-in time on the day of arrival. ● The check-in process is contactless. ● We will do our best to accommodate your preferred check-in and check-out times. ● Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, shampoo, etc.) are not provided. ● Smoking, parties, pets, and excessive noise (which may lead to complaints) are strictly prohibited indoors.
- For single occupancy only. - As this is a residential building, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - Fully furnished and equipped with brand-new items, including a bed, smart TV, refrigerator, kitchen appliances, furniture, electronics, tableware, cutlery, knives, a cutting board, and pots. - The bed features a memory foam mattress (Single size). - Resident registration (moving-in report) is not available. - Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. - We provide a clean space, thoroughly sanitized and professionally cleaned.
Excessive use of included items may result in a request for additional management fees.

I stayed here for about a month and a half last March, and I came back because of the good memories. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay this time as well. :) I highly recommend it, no long explanation needed. ^^
It's convenient to live here because it has all the kitchen appliances and furniture! The surroundings are quiet and I was satisfied with using the elevator during my stay.
