- No smoking indoors. You will be charged for damages if caught smoking. (150,000 to 400,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is confirmed) - Check-in is contactless by default, but in-person assistance will be provided if needed. - You will be notified separately of the items to be checked upon check-out, and the contract will proceed after your agreement. - Registration of move-in is not permitted.
- An additional 50,000 KRW per person per week will be charged for extra guests. - Cleaning and laundry supplies are provided. - Tableware and cooking utensils are provided. - Netflix is available. - One trash bag is provided per week. - During your stay, you are responsible for cleaning, laundry, and taking out the trash.
