Although the unit is on a lower floor, the view is lovely, featuring a beautiful white cathedral designated as a cultural heritage site right in front. The famous Sokcho Central Market is within walking distance, and other major tourist attractions are just a 10–15 minute drive away. This spacious 36-pyeong (approx. 1,280 sq. ft.) apartment features a comfortable living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, making it ideal for long-term stays such as "workations" or month-long visits.
