Haeundae Beach is a 15-minute walk away (1km). Shin Haeundae Station is a 5-minute drive away. Haeundae Jungdong Subway Station is 10 seconds away. You can take a bus to Gwangalli Beach from the bus stop or subway station right in front of the house (1-minute walk). If you need parking, please inquire and register in advance. One free parking space is available. ^^

Utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and gas are the responsibility of the user. Since utility bills are typically issued once a month, and it's common for short-term renters to move out before the bill is issued, we divide the monthly utility cost by N and collect it as a prepayment to facilitate convenient settlement. As all necessary utility costs are included in the prepaid amount, moving out is very convenient as no separate settlement is required.
Thanks to the kind host, my whole family had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent—right next to the subway and close to a supermarket, hospital, Haeundae, and great restaurants—and the yacht tour you recommended was fantastic. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!
I discovered Samsam M2 while planning a Busan trip with my four sisters' families to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. I booked it immediately because it had four bedrooms. My parents absolutely loved the ocean view, and the abundance of nearby restaurants made dining convenient without needing to travel far. Transportation was easy thanks to its proximity to Haeundae Station. The accommodation was spotless, and the host had thoughtfully stocked everything from stationery to mosquito repellent and trash bags, so the whole family was extremely satisfied with the place. Here are my top recommendations: 1. The running course from Mipo to Songjeong 2. The Blue Line Park train departing from Mipo 3. Sashimi at 50% off at E-Mart after 9 PM 4. Takeout from Badamaru Abalone (Mipo area) and Subyeon Choego Dwaeji Gukbap (pork soup) enjoyed at the accommodation 5. Ciabatta from Bakery Box The yacht tour recommended by the host was the absolute highlight (👍 #1).
