This is an employee dormitory, but it's vacant until early April, so I'm renting it out for short-term use. You'll need to bring your own bedding (pillows and bed covers have been replaced). Please note that it's a fully-furnished officetel minus the appliances (vacuum cleaner is available). It's a 1.5-room unit with a separate area. There's ample parking, and the high ceilings allow for truck access. The first floor has convenient facilities (convenience store, laundromat, unmanned discount store, etc.). It's a large, new officetel complex, so it's very clean and safe, even for solo occupants. You can start your day with an expansive view.
- It is a 1-minute drive to Gurae Station and less than a 10-minute walk. (Yangchon Station is even closer.) - You can use all the commercial facilities of Gurae Station. - It is located on a main road with convenient access to Incheon, Paju, Ilsan, Ganghwa, Daegot, Tongjin, Geomdan, and Cheongna.
- Indoor smoking, pets, loud noises, drinking, and event parties are strictly prohibited. If caught or if a complaint is filed, you will be immediately evicted. - Infants and minors are not allowed. However, if they are accompanying you, you must notify us in advance. Please be especially careful to prevent graffiti and damage to property. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you information regarding check-in and usage. - Additional charge of 10,000 KRW per person per day.
The space is currently vacant and is used as staff accommodation. It is rented out as a rental property, not a lodging business. Please understand that we cannot provide bedding (duvets), towels, or disposable items. Beds are provided. Mattress covers are always replaced with new ones and set up before check-in. - Check-in is contactless. - If there are additional guests, please be sure to notify us. An additional 10,000 KRW per person per day will be charged.
- It is a large officetel, so it is well secured. - There are convenience facilities on the 1st floor (convenience store, laundry room, etc.) - Parking is free (only 1 car allowed, truck available) - No move-in - Absolutely no smoking indoors, no pets, no event parties (cleaning fee of 300,000 won will be added) - If the management fee exceeds 200,000 won for 4 weeks, the full additional charge will be imposed. If you manage the electricity well, the amount will not be exceeded.
