- The management fee includes electricity, gas, water, and internet costs. - However, additional charges may apply if electricity or gas usage is excessive. (Please use the utilities carefully, just as you would in your own home.)
Close to the station and quiet. Decent size for one person. Close to a convenience store. Excellent value for money.
I lived there for about three months; the building is quite old, and it felt a bit smaller than expected for living alone.
