The host was very responsive. It's close to the station and the elevator isn't too busy, which is good. However, there are too many inconveniences. The karaoke room on the 2nd floor has customers singing until 5 AM and then again from around 7 AM. The window is right in front of the karaoke sign, so it's always bright at night, making it difficult to sleep. There's no microwave, so I couldn't cook anything. Although it's a short-term rental, I was initially surprised by the lack of basic amenities (no toilet paper or trash bags). Perhaps because there's no room temperature control, it's either a bit cold or a bit hot. Due to these conditions, I could only sleep for about 2 hours at night and ended up catching a cold. I hope the host will improve their management.
