This space is designed to accommodate one or two guests. The standard reservation is for one person, but if there are additional guests, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. We created this space with those in mind who are looking for rest and enjoyment in a new setting, or who wish to work on personal projects.
It is a 3-minute walk from Haebangchon Ogeori.
Sinheung Market, Haebangchon Five-way Intersection, and the entrance to Namsan are all within a 5-minute walk. Gyeongnidan-gil and Itaewon are a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away. Jongno and Gangnam can be reached by bus in 20 minutes.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
It's in a great location with easy access, making it perfect for getting around and having fun!
I stayed at this house for a full month, and it was the best place I've ever visited. The neighborhood is wonderful, featuring great local spots, and the house itself is spacious, lovely, clean, and modern. The host lives in the same building and was incredibly kind and helpful whenever any issues arose. Everything is beautifully maintained and comfortable. I am very grateful for this experience and highly recommend it!
