This 33-pyeong (approx. 1,170 sq. ft.) apartment features a total of four single beds—two in the master bedroom and one in each of the other rooms— along with two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. As it is a newly built apartment, the interior is spotless and the complex offers a pleasant living environment. Essential amenities are provided, including a washing machine, dryer, oven/microwave, kettle, rice cooker, frying pan, pots, cutlery sets, plates, and other basic kitchenware.
It is a 2-minute walk from Deokpo Station (Busan Metro). The Deokpo Market bus stop is right in front, and Sasang Station (Sasang Bus Terminal) is also just 5 minutes away. Gimhae Airport is a 15-minute drive away.
