Check-in is contactless. You will receive a notification text when the contract is confirmed. The standard occupancy is 3 people (30,000 KRW for each additional person). For 4 people, a single topper and bedding will be provided. Stays of 1 week or more plus a few extra days are possible. Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. You will be notified of the password on the day of check-in. Dishes, pots, and cooking utensils are provided. No smoking. No pets allowed (a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for violations). Heating is provided by a central heating system. Electric mats and heaters are provided.
There are many amenities such as supermarkets, hospitals, and banks within a 1-minute walk. Since this is not a lodging establishment, you must clean, do laundry, and separate garbage (1st floor) yourself during your stay. Separate compensation will be charged for any damage to furniture. As this is a residential area, please be careful not to disturb other neighbors.
The management fee is included in the rent. If you use excessive amounts of electricity, water, etc., an additional management fee may be requested.
