(Please note that there is a kind caretaker, an elderly woman, who lives in the annex next to the main building. You can use the facilities without being conscious of her presence. She rarely comes outside and stays in her room. She is there to manage the house when no one is around, as the house cannot be left completely empty, for tasks like pulling weeds. She is friendly and may start a conversation with you. She is a good person.)
Four thick double-size mats (toppers), plenty of extra blankets. Fully equipped with various cooking utensils. Cooking oil, seasonings, etc. Detergent, fabric softener, etc. are all provided. Wireless internet, YouTube, Netflix, etc. can be used like a smart TV. A large supermarket (Ipsil Nonghyup Hanaro Mart) is a 5-minute drive away. Bulguksa Temple and Seokguram Grotto are within 15 minutes. It's located right between Ulsan and Gyeongju, making it easy to go anywhere. Both are within 30 minutes. Hwangnidan-gil, Cheomseongdae, Donggwel and Wolji, Woljeonggyo, etc. Ulsan Daewangam Park, 330M suspension bridge, etc.
