1. Check-out date and time must be strictly observed. 2. Unauthorized entry is prohibited. If the number of people entering and exiting differs from the number of people reserved, you will be asked to leave without a refund. 3. Please refrain from making noise (Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM). The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, and there are neighbors living in the building. Please observe quiet hours to avoid disturbing neighbors or causing noise. :) If a complaint is filed, you may be asked to leave without a refund. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. A special cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged for smoking. 5. Eating in the accommodation To ensure a pleasant stay, please avoid cooking foods with strong odors such as cheonggukjang. Please refrain from grilling pork belly or fish, and be sure to ventilate after cooking. 6. Do not damage or remove items from the room. Do not eat on the bedding or dye hair in the accommodation. Do not put food, trash, or cigarette butts in the toilet. 7. Prostitution, gambling, pornography, and commercial filming are prohibited. 8. Separate trash for disposal is required.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
