- This is a fully remodeled villa located in Cheongok-dong, Donghae. - Although it's a small two-room unit, it's efficiently designed with a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. - It's adjacent to the Cheongok-dong downtown area, providing easy access to amenities such as movie theaters, E-Mart, and various government offices. - Hanseom Beach is a 15-minute walk away. - It features a queen-size bed, a 42-inch TV with Netflix and other OTT streaming services, and internet access.
- There are various bus routes. - You can access the highway within 5 minutes.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is complete, we will send you a check-in guide. - Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. - We cannot provide disposable items, so please prepare your own toiletries. - If smoking or pets are detected, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- Cheongok Cave and Hanseom Beach are within walking distance. - I think it's an attractive neighborhood where the sea and the city blend together. - The neighborhood is really quiet, so I slept like a log at night :) - It's an old red brick villa, but the interior is very clean. - It's a quiet residential area, so please refrain from making noise due to parties, etc.
- If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. - Especially for gas and electricity bills, if the cost exceeds 15,000 won each per week, the excess amount will be deducted from the deposit. (Example: If the gas bill is 16,000 won and the electricity bill is 14,000 won after meter reading, 1,000 won will be deducted from the deposit.) - Internet is included in the management fee.
It's great. I really like it because it's very clean.
