- This is a fully renovated villa located in Cheonggok-dong, Donghae. - Although it is a compact two-room unit, the layout efficiently includes a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. - It is close to the Cheonggok-dong city center, offering easy access to amenities such as a movie theater, E-Mart, and various government offices. - Hanseom Beach is within a 15-minute walk. - Amenities include a queen-size bed, a 42-inch TV with access to streaming services like Netflix, and internet connectivity.
- There are various bus options. - You can access the highway within 5 minutes.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in instructions will be sent once the booking is confirmed. - Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Disposable items are not provided; please bring your own toiletries. - An additional cleaning fee will be charged if smoking or the presence of pets is detected.
- Tourist attractions like Cheongok Cave and Hanseom Beach are within walking distance. - It’s a charming neighborhood where the sea and the city blend together. - The neighborhood is very quiet, so I slept soundly at night :) - Although it’s an older red-brick building, the interior is very neat and clean. - As it is a quiet residential area, please refrain from making noise, such as by hosting parties.
- Additional management fees may be charged if included utilities are used excessively. - Specifically, for gas and electricity charges, if the cost exceeds 15,000 KRW per week for either utility, the excess amount will be deducted from the security deposit. (Example: If meter readings result in charges of 16,000 KRW for gas and 14,000 KRW for electricity, 1,000 KRW will be deducted from the deposit.) - Internet service is included in the management fee.
