- Move-in is conducted non-face-to-face. - After the contract is completed, we will guide you on how to enter, and we will provide you with the front door password on the day of move-in. - You can use 2 of the 3 rooms, excluding the smallest one. - When you check out, you must leave the room in the same clean and tidy condition as when you first entered. If you leave the room in a condition that exceeds common sense, a separate cleaning fee may be charged.
- It is a 7-minute walk from Sonokam Geoje (Daemyung Resort Geoje). - It is a 15-minute walk from Jiseopo Beach Park. - Jiseopo Sea Walk is a 10-minute walk away. - The photo with the distant view of the Korea Strait was taken with the living room window open, allowing you to enjoy a view typically seen from a mountaintop right from your home. - As we do not charge a separate cleaning fee, we ask for your understanding in advance if you are particularly sensitive to the cleanliness of the space. - There is a Hanaro Mart a 5-minute drive away. - There is a convenience store a 1-minute walk away. - You can stay for about a week for the cost of 1-2 nights at Sonokam Geoje. - The contract cannot be transferred to anyone other than the contracting party, and the contracted dates and remaining contract dates cannot be sublet.
- Upon check-out, gas fees will be settled based on usage. (3,000 KRW per cubic meter) - Electricity fees will be charged separately if they exceed 20,000 KRW per week. - Water fees will be charged separately if they exceed 20,000 KRW per week. - Internet Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
