๐ This is a private apartment with 3 rooms, 24 pyeong (approx. 79.35 sq m), in a 300-unit complex. ๐ With clean beds and various amenities, you can stay quietly and comfortably as if you were in your own home. (Bedding not provided) ๐ As it's on the top floor, there's no noise from other floors. ๐ There are many large apartment complexes nearby, so there are many commercial facilities. A large sauna, a large supermarket, and the Maegokcheon walking trail are all within walking distance. ๐ There is also a PC for gaming. (Internet, TV, desk) ๐ Managed directly by the host, who lives nearby, making feedback easy.
๐ It is located between Dream in City Etel 2nd and Buk-gu World Meridien. ๐ Maegok Bus Stop is located 3 minutes away. ๐ North Ulsan Station and Ulsan Airport are 10 minutes away.
๐ Check-in is contactless. Check-in at 3 PM / Check-out at 11 AM โ Check-in/check-out times can be adjusted Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ๐ It's close to the sea towards Mauna Resort, and it's not far to go to Busan Benegol via Iye-ro. ~^^
๐ Gas and electricity bills are charged separately after measuring the meter at check-in and check-out. ๐ If you have more than 2 vehicles, an additional parking permit will be issued for 10,000 won per vehicle per month (minimum 10,000 won) โ ๐ We have not included a separate cleaning fee for check-out to ensure a clean stay. ~^^ Check-out cleaning and management are done by us directly, taking a day off to clean thoroughly, not by a company. Cleaning is not provided separately during the stay.
It is well-maintained and clean, and communication with the landlord is prompt.
Overall, it was a great place for a short-term stay.
I can say with confidence that there are few places better than this one available on the app. From the condition of the property to the host's kindness, and above all, I could constantly feel how much thought went into the guest's convenience. Iโm not exaggerating when I say Iโd love to come back; it felt like staying at a vacation rental.
