This is a clean, remodeled two-room apartment, a 5-minute walk from Police Hospital Station on Line 3. There are two Starbucks, pretty cafes, and many restaurants nearby. It's a prime location near Garak Market Station on Line 8 and Police Hospital Station on Line 3, making public transportation like subways and buses very convenient. There are air conditioners in both the living room and the master bedroom. Smoking is prohibited within the unit, and all types of pets are forbidden. Double-paned windows with blackout blinds are installed.
Located in the prime area of Police Hospital Station on Line 3 and Garak Market Station on Line 8, it is two stops away from Suseo Station on Line 3. There is a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to Lotte World Tower, Samsung Hospital, etc. It is a 3-minute walk from the back gate of Police Hospital. There is an airport bus stop for route 6300 nearby, making it easy to get to Incheon Airport. It is 1 stop from Suseo Station on Line 3 and 3 stops from Jamsil Station on Line 8.
You can move in either in person or remotely, depending on your preference. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you need assistance or have any inquiries. Also, if a complaint arises due to noise or smoking between households, you will be asked to vacate the premises.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, the facilities were clean, the location was close to the subway station, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby—I was truly satisfied. There was some noise in the evening since it's near a commercial area, but it was bearable. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
