Move-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 11 AM The common entrance and room password will be sent via message on the day of your arrival. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Gwangalli Subway Station. When using a city bus, the bus stop is 3 minutes away. Use the public parking lot right next to Minrak The Market.
Check-in is contactless. Parking is free after vehicle registration for rentals of 4 weeks or more. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking occurs, you will be immediately evicted without a refund of your deposit or rent. Additionally, if pets are discovered, an additional cleaning fee and claim for damages will be charged. Additional charges may apply for damage to indoor items or furniture.
It takes 3 minutes to walk to Gwangalli. It is located about 5 minutes away from Gwangalli Beach towards Millak-dong Hoe Center. It is a good location to walk with a moderate distance from the beach, quiet and good for walking. Please feel the night view of Gwangandaegyo Bridge and Gwangalli Hot Place. All full options are available, and please use it as comfortably as your own home so that you can use it cleanly and comfortably. Various convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, pubs, and various convenience facilities are available.
