(Seongdong-gu trash disposal days: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday after sunset, dispose in front of the alley) 🎯 Absolutely do not throw toilet paper, wet wipes, or food waste into the toilet or sink. Additional charges will apply if they break. 🎯 Please smoke outside. 🎯 Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed. The management fee includes electricity, gas, water, and internet, so these will not be charged separately. - However, if electricity/gas bills are excessively high, additional charges may apply, so please be mindful of your usage. - Electricity bills for July and August and gas bills for December to March may be charged additionally.
It's near Dapsimni Station on Subway Line 5. There's a laundromat, a market, and a Daiso nearby, so it was convenient to go buy things I urgently needed.
I'm checking out after a good 9 weeks. I had a comfortable stay, and it was very convenient having Dapsimni Station nearby. The market in the area made it easy to eat out, and I enjoyed being able to exercise and walk along Cheonggyecheon Stream.
I'm satisfied.
