All utility bills are included in the management fee. *An additional 20,000 won will be charged for the use of pillows and blankets. *If you dispose of personal trash (pillows, clothes, towels, etc.) during your stay or upon check-out, your deposit will be deducted (starting from a basic 10,000 won, with additional charges depending on the type and amount of trash). *You are responsible for cleaning the room upon check-out. If the room is not cleaned thoroughly, such as if trash is left behind, a cleaning fee of 20,000 won will be deducted from your deposit.
