A queen-size bed, blackout curtains, a wardrobe, an LG Styler, an LG drum washing machine, a large refrigerator, a smart TV (Netflix, TVING, Disney+), strong wireless Wi-Fi, and a system air conditioner are standard options. (We recommend bringing your own blankets and pillows.) If you have difficulty bringing them, please let us know in advance.
It is a 12-minute walk from Exit 5 of Gwangalli Station on Busan Metro Line 2. There are many bus routes to Seomyeon, Haeundae, and Yeonsan-dong from the bus stop (terminal) which is a 3-minute walk away.
33M2 is a service that provides short-term lease agreements. You can sign the lease agreement remotely, or you can sign it in person for a secure transaction. On the day of your move-in, simply meet with the landlord for 5 minutes to get a tour of the space, then sign the agreement (1 minute), and you're ready to enjoy your trip.
Minlak Hoe Town, where the largest number of raw fish restaurants in the world are gathered, is nearby (1 minute walk). Gwangalli Beach is just 1 second away. This building has a convenience store, the famous Kong Cafe, Photo Signature, Nasari Restaurant (Kalguksu, Gimbap restaurant), Fortuna Pizza, etc., and famous restaurants such as Tonshow are 3 minutes away. The Gwangalli branch of Subyeon Choego Dwaejigukbap has newly opened 3 minutes away. ^^ *Only well-trained companion dogs under 5kg are allowed with prior consent. Companion dogs that do not bark and are well-trained in potty training are allowed. Behind the building is Gwangalli's hot spot, overflowing with pubs and restaurants.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. The view of Gwangalli Bridge right in front of the accommodation was really great!! The bed and bedding were comfortable, and the interior felt clean and well-maintained. The drone show on weekends is also clearly visible from inside the accommodation. I made good memories here. However, towels are not provided, so please bring your own!
