It is about a 5-minute walk from Bomun Station or Sinseoldong Station, though you can get there even faster by taking a bus from a nearby stop. It is also about a 15-minute walk from Anam Station. It is very close to Korea University Hospital, Sungshin Women's University, Korea University, Hansung University, Seoul National University Hospital, Hyehwa-dong, Seongbuk-dong, Bukchon, Dongdaemun Market, Gwanghwamun, and Seoul Forest, making it an excellent location for sightseeing in Seoul. ๐๐

โค๏ธ๐ฉน๐ฅฒ@@@Explanation regarding the previous tenant's review@@@ ๐ญ๐ - Requested move-in earlier than the time specified in the contract; accommodated an early move-in on the same day the previous tenant vacated, but cleaning was found to be insufficient => Sincerely apologized and consulted on any further needs. - Nine days after move-in, complained about the sound of spring monsoon raindrops hitting the common hallway => Returned from an out-of-town business trip 10 days later and personally installed a large piece of non-woven fabric over the hallway's exterior exhaust vent (no further requests for about two weeks). - Three weeks after move-in, found the bathroom slippers dirty upon turning them over; concerned about hygiene, requested a professional cleaning service for the entire home => (Provided new bathroom slippers and cleaning supplies instead). - Mentioned a previous positive experience with the platform (where they complained about the AC and got a replacement, and complained about pipe odors and got new piping installed); requested an AC cleaning service (initially declined the offer for the landlord to clean it personally in a month, as it didn't seem time for a cleaning yet given the previous requests => immediately arranged for a professional AC cleaning service). - Requested early move-out due to a mold issue in the bathroom that was not visible to the naked eye; requested a reduction in the total utility charges incurred => Discussed the matter over the phone. Acknowledging their sensitivity to odors and the significant financial loss from moving out early, the landlord agreed to cover the full cost of utilities, overriding the terms originally stated in the contract.
All utility charges are billed separately upon check-out. Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
The place was extremely humid and very dirty. The bathroom smelled of mold and a foul odor was coming from the sink, making it hard to stay there. However, the room and kitchen are spacious, so it might be fine for those who aren't bothered by the smell.
They were kind and helpful, and the atmosphere around the house was nice. :)
