Right next to Tower Palace 3 1-minute walk to Yangjaecheon Stream On the 21st floor, high-rise, south-facing, so it gets plenty of sun. 24-hour security guard The neighborhood is very safe and pleasant. The interior was completely renovated right before I moved in, so it's clean and the red bricks are a key feature of the house. I am a female professional and I like Yangjaecheon Stream, so I lived here for about 4 years before renting it out.

The location is great and it's clean.
It was a neatly organized place, so I had a comfortable stay.
