This is Dongyeonjae, a luxury country house complex right in front of the Bukhan River. You can walk to Nami Island, and Jaraseom Island and the water park are also close, making it ideal for your stay. The house is surrounded by pine and Korean pine trees, so the air is very fresh, and since it's a country house complex, it's not scary or noisy. There are three TVs in total: one 65-inch TV and two large TVs. There are also two double beds and one super single bed, so it can accommodate up to 5 people.
It is located a 3-minute drive from Gapyeong Station.

There is a Starbucks right in front of the house. All amenities are available in Gapyeong city, which is a 5-minute drive away. We are confident that there is no better place to walk along the bike path and river, and to relax. This is a very sturdy house built with a Canadian wooden house passive method, and the satisfaction of moving in is the best with the use of city gas, which is rare in a country house.
