It is fully equipped with a bed, a 65-inch smart TV, and a dining table. It is equipped with a hot and cold water purifier. In winter, a hot water mat is installed on the bed. It is an officetel right in front of Ilsan Lake Park.
It is an 8-10 minute walk from Jeongbalsan Station.
Check-in is contactless. We will send you detailed instructions when your check-in is confirmed. Personal items (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) and trash bags are not provided. Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is before 12 PM. Please inquire if you need special time adjustments. If you are checking in after 6 PM, your parking will not be registered, so please inform us in advance to register.
It is convenient because there are Lotte Mart, Daiso, La Festa Mall, and a variety of food options nearby. It is an officetel right in front of Lake Park, so it is very good for morning and evening walks. It is a standard double room, and the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for use as a bed. The entire building is a non-smoking area. Pets are not allowed.
Items included in the management fee will not be charged separately. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
