It is a newly built, clean property offering an ocean view that you can enjoy right from your room and balcony in the morning; the bathroom features a shower partition, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Nearby attractions include filming locations for BTS and the drama *Goblin*, as well as Adeulbawi Rock, Jumunjin Lighthouse, sashimi restaurants, *ongsimi* (potato dough soup), and potato pancakes. Convenience stores and local specialties—such as *jang-kalguksu* (spicy soybean paste noodle soup), red snow crab, grilled fish, and dried seafood markets—are all close by, making it very convenient to get around. You can relax comfortably without feeling self-conscious.
If you arrive at KTX Gangneung Station, take bus No. 223-1 or 314-1 bound for Jumunjin from the stop across the street. If driving, exit at Buk-Gangneung IC; the accommodation is located right by the coast. For intercity or express buses, take bus No. 302-1 or 314-1. Traffic in the area is generally light.
Please park in the underground lot and take the elevator to the 8th floor. Pets are generally not allowed, though very small dogs might be okay. It is somewhat permissible as long as they don't disturb the neighbors. You can enjoy an ocean view right from the unit. Send me a text, and I'll provide the entrance code. There is a simple water tap available at the parking entrance.
Sodol, Jumunjin, Yeongjin, and Gyeongpo beaches are all nearby. We would appreciate it if you could use the facilities with care and keep everything clean. You will find all the basic cooking essentials in the drawers. Trash bags and food waste bags are also provided.
There is no separate charge for management fees. However, additional fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included items.
I am satisfied.
The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. The accommodation felt more like staying at a friend's home rather than a hotel-level clean space—it was comfortable and reasonably clean overall. However, it was disappointing that someone nearby was smoking every few hours. One night around midnight, the smell of cigarette smoke drifted into the room, waking me up coughing. The main reason I came to Yeongjin was to enjoy the fresh air and the seaside atmosphere, so it was frustrating to constantly worry about whether I could open the balcony door due to the smoke.
I visited last month and it was so good that I came back again. Highly recommended.

We will always do our best to ensure our customers can relax and rest comfortably. ♡♡♡
