- Free self-parking for one vehicle is available on the first basement level. - A bus stop is located right in front of the building's ground floor. - Yangdong Market Station is a 4-minute walk away, offering direct subway access to Gwangju Songjeong Station and Gwangju Airport. - Gwangcheon Terminal is 2.5 km away, taking approximately 10 minutes by taxi.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected after check-out. - Please contact us if you wish to bring a pet. (Additional fee of 30,000 KRW per pet; no weight limit.) - Please bring your own towels and toiletries. - Basic tableware is provided (cutlery sets not included).
- Compensation charges will apply in the event of damage or soiling.
Utility and maintenance fees (including city gas) are included in the rental cost; however, an additional charge will apply if the monthly total exceeds 200,000 KRW. Please use utilities sparingly.
