๐ There is a bus stop within a 2-minute walk that connects to Subway Lines 1, 2, and 7. Sindorim Station, Daerim Station, and Sinpung Station are approximately a 15-minute walk away. ๐ข Free parking is available for one vehicle, and the gas station right in front is one of the most affordable in Seoul.
๐ Check-in is contactless. ๐ Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM ๐ Early check-in may be possible if the unit is ready, so please feel free to ask. ๐ ๐ฅ We will provide the door lock passcode on the day of check-in.

Weโve also set up a desk instead of a standard TV stand to accommodate computer work. ๐ฆ A secure parcel locker is available if you prefer to have deliveries sent there. ๐ฝ A bidet with strong water pressureโa must-have for manyโis installed. ๐ฑ A GS25 convenience store is just a 1-minute walk away, with CU and 7-Eleven also nearby. ๐ฉท Mimi House is designed for maximum convenience, and we ensure a pleasant environment through phytoncide sterilization, pest control, and thorough sanitization. ๐ฅ Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. ๐ฅ Pets are not allowed. ๐ชจ The old flooring has recently been renovated with marble. ๐ผ Consumables, bath mats, rugs, bedding, and towels are replaced after every stay, so they may differ from the photos.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional charges will apply if excessive usage is detected.
I had a very good experience. The accommodation is very clean, and the area is quiet.

The pros are that the room was excellent and fully stocked with essentials, so I only needed to bring my clothes; plus, the host responded quickly to any inquiries! The downside is that itโs on the ground floor, so opening the door leads directly to the streetโthough there is a house right across the way, and the location is tucked away in an alley.
