Yangpyeong Station (Gyeongui Jungang Line, with regular and express trains, as well as Mugunghwa and KTX trains) is about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. There is a Nonghyup Bank and restaurants nearby. Yangpyeong Hospital and a pharmacy are a 2-3 minute drive away, as is the bus terminal. The National Traffic Hospital, operated by Seoul National University Hospital, is about a 5-minute drive away. You can access the Jungbu Naeryuk Expressway and the 2nd Outer Ring Expressway from Gangsang IC.
This building is a non-smoking area, and pets are not allowed. The basic occupancy is up to 3 people, and any additional guests require prior consultation with the host. We operate on the principle of clean usage, where only bedding laundry and tidying fees are charged as cleaning fees. If dishes, the bathroom, rooms, or living room require cleaning upon departure, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Please be considerate and maintain quiet from 10 PM to 7 AM to avoid disturbing the neighbors' sleep.
The accommodation has a kitchen with an induction cooktop, rice cooker, electric stove, coffee pot, various tableware, and a dining table. Other amenities include a refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, TV, gigabit internet, and Wi-Fi. The road in front of the accommodation is a hiking trail. After about a 10-minute walk, you'll find Yangpyeong Traditional Market, a performance hall, and an indoor swimming pool. Within a 5-minute drive, there are many nearby tourist attractions such as Wildflower Arboretum, a water ski resort, Yangpyeong Sports Complex, Mulsorigil, and Shwija Park. Lotte Mart and Hanaro Mart are within a 5-minute drive. * As the accommodation is surrounded by forests and mountains, please cooperate with fire prevention. In case of fire or a medical emergency, please call 119 first and also inform the building management and the host (building owner). In case of a medical emergency, depending on the patient's condition, calling 119 will result in emergency transport to Yangpyeong Hospital emergency room within 5 minutes or to Wonju Severance Hospital by an emergency helicopter on standby within 5 minutes.
All utility bills will be checked upon check-out and charged according to the actual usage. A cleaning fee of 150,000 won will be charged, but it has been set at 50,000 won based on the assumption that you will use it cleanly. If you use it messily, additional costs may be charged.
