This is a newly built high-rise apartment (over 30 stories) offering some of the best views in Busan, with both the living room and all three bedrooms overlooking the sea and mountains. As this is not a commercial lodging facility, bedding is not provided. The cleaning fee to restore the unit to its original move-in condition is 70,000 KRW. You are required to take and submit photos of the unit immediately upon moving in and moving out.
It is located 20 minutes from Busan Station, near the Yeongdo International Cruise Terminal and the Korea Maritime & Ocean University. It is also just a 5-minute drive from P.ark, famous for hosting BTS Jin's birthday party.
We will send you a notification message once the booking is confirmed. Tax invoices can be issued. Please notify us in advance if four or more people will be staying. You may use the property after signing the short-term lease agreement electronically.

Electricity, gas, and water charges are settled based on actual usage. Upon check-out, usage is verified via the apartment app, and the charges are billed separately. Once payment is confirmed, the check-out process is finalized, and Samsam M2 refunds the security deposit.
