We can also provide recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing spots upon request. - Accommodation units (Type A or B) are assigned randomly; there is no difference in room condition or amenities between them. - For personal hygiene reasons, please bring your own bedding and toiletries. Basic items such as the bed, mattress, and mattress cover are provided. - We provide 10,000 KRW to cover the cost of using a nearby franchise self-service laundromat. (If you send the host a photo of your visit, the 10,000 KRW will be deposited into your account along with the return of your security deposit upon checkout.)
Water, city gas, and Wi-Fi costs are included in the maintenance fee. (However, unless electricity usage is excessive, we aim to cover it within the set maintenance fee rather than charging separately. Please note this.) Not included: Electricity (1,500 KRW per day; e.g., 1 week × 1,500 KRW = 10,500 KRW) and move-out cleaning fee (10,000 KRW per cleaning).
