This place has cockroaches and cobwebs—sounds unbelievable, right? It’s a shame I can’t upload the photos and videos. They try to blame the guests for the cockroaches appearing. You know how you drain the liquid from food waste and use a strainer when cleaning up after a meal? A cockroach appeared right while I was doing that; I made eye contact with it, screamed, and called the landlord, but they just scolded me, asking why I had dumped the food waste there. They acted as if I was making a big fuss over nothing, claiming cockroaches can just happen to show up. I’m never going back, and it’s really unfortunate that I can’t post the photos and videos... Writing about things exactly as they happened isn't "malicious commenting."
In the ten years I’ve lived here, there has never been an issue with bugs or cobwebs. However, the tenant left food scraps in the kitchen sink for four days during hot weather; when I went to inspect the unit, the place was swarming with fruit flies and reeked of rotting food. It is unfortunate that I rented to such a troublesome tenant—the type who leaves malicious reviews—as I should have been more selective. I hope the next tenant treats the place as if it were their own home. Pest control measures are currently underway.
